The Role:
With effective utilization RA Tool, manual activities and experience, detect, minimize and prevent Revenue Leakages and revenue loss in all Revenue Streams.
The Position:
Implement and operate an effective governance process of policies, processes and controls to minimize revenue leakages, in all revenue streams.
Identify and drive business process improvements, to revenue leakages from people, process or systems failures, providing planning, metrics, analysing, reporting, managing, automating and supporting the resolution process.
Understand billing, payments, finance, customer and cash management end-to-end processes, for all revenue streams to identify risks in process.
E2E reconciliation from Source, though to wholesale and retail billing, and ensuring that all events (CDRs) are received and processed in a timely, complete and accurate manner.
Define and build Revenue Assurance reconciliation and other analysis based controls and ensure those controls are operated effectively.
Design and develop operational and daily dashboards of revenue operation, current and anticipating leakages. Analyze and report clearance of exceptions from all provisioning (HLR) and billing systems.
Determine and review revenue numbers with management on monthly basis.
Provide assistance to other Analysts and conduct job training when required.
Develop revenue recognition policies and revenue generation standards.
Ensure compliance with all applicable policies & regulatory requirements on Information Security.
The Person:
Others Knowledge of systems (RDBMS, shell scripts, billing etc.)
Others Knowledge of systems (TABS, IN etc…) would be an advantage.

The Requirements:
Bachelors Degree Specialization in Finance, IT or Telecom.
Relevant Experience from 1 to 2 years.
Project Management. Project Planning, Tracking, Resource Allocation, Budgeting, Reporting, Issues Resolution and Escalation.
