about the role
Design & develop new Messaging solution
Design and develop new collaboration and workflow solutions based on products such as LYNC
In-lab design and test of overall architecture and components
Perform systems integration across multiple platforms
Perform operational like tasks during pilot phases to assist operations
Develop and execute test plans
Perform operational like tasks during pilot phases to assist operations
Provide operations teams with the appropriate documentation and training and lead them during the rollout and deployment.
Test and validate new features for customized and generic solutions in the lab on from specifications.
Design and test complex customer security solutions and architectures.
Work closely with Customer Solutions, Professional Services, Service Delivery,
Operations to design, develop and support Security solutions and on critical strategic
occasions directly with Orange customers.
Provide 3rd-level support to operations.
about you
– Very good understanding of messaging protocols (IMAP, POP3, SMTP).
– Very good understanding of workflow, and collaboration concepts.
– Hands-on experience on the followin products:
– Messaging: Microsoft Exchange 2007 , 2010 and 2013
– Instant Messaging: Microsoft Lync 2010 , 2013
– Security: Microsoft Forefront.
– Infrastructure: Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Directory Services.
– Hands-on experience in evaluating specification, lab validating & testing.
– Able to work independently & with multinational/different time zone teams.
– English fluency is mandatory & French fluency is an asset.
