The Role:
Media Production Specialist will be accountable for the Communication Team Leader to plan and implement TV & Radio activities, so as to maintain and develop the Company’s image and reputation in accordance with agreed policies and strategies, in addition to maintaining the company’s archiving project updated.
The Position:
Act as a member of the media communication team in the development of overall media strategies, and policies, and participate effectively in the planning and implementation of media activities.
Manage regular TV and Radio activities, overseeing integration of all activities and assisting in enhancing relationships with influential individuals and groups.
Participate in the development of the communication annual media plan to ensure favourable Zain’s presence in the community, and enhancing the image of the company and promoting its products.
Participate effectively in organizing and presenting events and ensuring coverage.
Offer advice on the sponsorship of projects within or related to TV, Radio and other cultural and artistic outlets.
Work continuously to establish and maintain relationships and participate effectively in the process of collecting relevant information to assist in proposing policies and plans.
Participate in conceptualizing, developing and producing written PR material.
Work in close association with the Events section to ensure processes are in place to enable effective coverage in different regions.
Conduct informed research on relevant issues to ensure effective employment of resources.
Produce and/or commission production of media material for corporate events and activities to enhance the reputation and image of Zain in the market place and the community at large.
Oversee the efforts of establishing the company’s video archive.
Undertake professional networking, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with government entities and the community at large.
Ensure compliance with all applicable policies & regular requirements on Information Security.

Highly developed communication & reporting skills verbal & written in both Arabic & English.

The Requirements:
B.S c in a relevant field .
Substantial PR expertise acquired at highest level with reputable media and Public Relation organizations.
3-5 years of Experience in relevant field .
Linguistic competence and artistic flair.
Competence in organising events, conferences and producing press releases in both Arabic and English.
