MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and price products to suit markets.
Conduct market intelligence and research activities such as: investigating activities of competitors and trends within the market.
Provide information on budgets of prospective clients( public and private organizations)
Provide answers to questions affecting the company’s products and services to clients.
Quantitative and qualitative analysis of information: using tools and applications such as Microsoft excel and power point to project, forecast, show trends and other useful information.
Advice the Sales/Marketing Division on which market segments to focus on and track how well the product is doing in the market.
Maintain historical data and carry out trend analysis on product acceptability among market segments.
Conduct Continuous product training to the SALES and BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TEAM.
Improve on the company’s client relationship.
Manage channel partners.
Ensure that all channel partners certifications are met.
Carry out any other duties as assigned by the management.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION:
Minimum of bachelors degree in any field
Minimum of 1 year experience in related field
