Business Context and Main Challenges of the Job
To play key supporting role in the development and implementation of the integrated brand marketing plan to achieve the business goal
Main Accountabilities
• Develop the brand marketing plan through an understanding of the drivers of brand growth and brand health.
• Execute the integrated activity schedule, ensuring consistency with ‘brand key’ vision and ‘brand vision’ plan.
• Analyze brand performance and brand health by constant evaluation of national support activities against measurable objectives.
• Identify solution and make recommendation to improve effectiveness of based on performance monitoring.
• Deliver specific brand project and innovation
Key Interfaces
• Internal: Working with Customer Development, Consumer and Market Insight, Finance and Supply Chain
• External: Communication Agency, Activation Agency, Brand Partners / Organization eg Min of Education, NGOs etc
• Nature of those contacts: Mainly exchanging information
