Job Position: Process Designer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
Responsible for the study, design, and specification and services related to Oil and Gas process as well as utility systems.
Responsible for heat and material balance, the development of process and utility flow diagrams, piping and instrument diagrams, system design parameters, and design or rating of equipment and apparatus such as heat exchangers, vessels, reactors, etc.
Requirements
Related experience, including P&ID development, relief valve sizing, and hydraulic calculations.
Knowledge of SmartPlant P&ID, Pro-II, and Unisim/Aspen software suites is desired. Experience leading small design groups is desired.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical / Electronics / Project Management or Instrumentation & Controls Engineering, with a minimum of four (4) years experience, and a typical experience range of six (6) to ten (10) years.
Ability to work and produce with minimum supervision. Oil and Gas experience is an advantage.
