My leading Drilling Client is looking for a Drilling engineer to join the team in Explorations and Production on a residential contract based in Nigeria – You will be responsible to perform well and completion planning in accordance with the Well Delivery Process and to provide planning schedules for all drilling programs.
This role is involving a full understanding of design software, well control, workover drilling. As the drilling Engineer, you will be reporting to the Rig Manager and will be responsible for the following services: – Design drilling/completion and work-over programs – Review with engineer of End of Well reports. – Acquire planning data from geology, reservoir engineering or geophysics as necessary. – Provide detailed Scope of Work for drilling services. – Drilling Engineer will provide engineering support/advise to the rig on program implementation.
The suitable consultant with have at least 8-10 years experience as a drilling engineer within Oil and Gas industry and an excellent knowledge in running rig operation For this position, preference will be given to Nigerian nationals
