• Online Marketing – As a member of the large marketing family at AIG, you will contribute to creating a comprehensive online strategy across all online marketing channels. As such, you will be analysing the performance of marketing campaigns, communicating strategy to all African teams and overall, improving the conversion rate of our websites!
• Category Management – Your main responsibilities will be to deliver a world-class customer experience thanks to the right product assortment, a perfect online ergonomics, the best prices and the most innovative marketing campaigns. Taking the lead on the category strategic orientation you will have to bring an exceptional growth for the sales volume, the margin and the conversion rate.
• Business Development – As a Business Developer you will be the leader in driving and implementing strategies in order to develop the venture in your market. You will be asked to build strong customer relationships by leveraging information and defining opportunities, create from scratch and lead cross-functional teams, identify and target revenue potential in your market.
• CRM – As member of the Customer Relationship Management team, you are in charge of the operational implementation of direct communications to our customers, supporting the creative and execution process, in coordination with our international teams. Your objective will be to maximize the impact of promotional communications in terms of visits, activity and engagement.You will enjoy a highly motivating work environment with a great deal of responsibility and a steep learning curve.
