• Online Marketing – As a member of the large marketing family at AIG, you will contribute to creating a comprehensive online strategy across all online marketing channels. As such, you will be analysing the performance of marketing campaigns, communicating strategy to all African teams and overall, improving the conversion rate of our websites!
• Operations Management – Your main responsibilities will be to develop and drive the logistical arm of the venture in your market, through operational and strategic actions, such as ensuring coordination with local teams, producing regular reports aligned with measurable KPIs and implement best practices fulfilment processes in the country.
• Business Development – As a Business Developer you will be the leader in driving and implementing strategies in order to develop the venture in your market. You will be asked to build strong customer relationships by leveraging information and defining opportunities, create from scratch and lead cross-functional teams, identify and target revenue potential in your market.
• Sales – You are responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience and exceptional growth in sales and free cash flow, by defining the strategic direction for the business and leading a diverse team to execute.
