Role Summary/Purpose
The role of Order-To-Remittance Coordinator is required to interface with various functions (Sourcing, Quality, Engineering, Inventory, Operations etc) to fulfil customer orders and improve OTR processes to drive improved OTD (On-Time-Delivery), Margin and Cash.
In this role, execution of subsea repairs and spare parts requirements will be followed on day-to-day basis and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning
Essential Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily coordination of fulfillment issues related to Customer Service Agreements.
Lead PO/Contract review with cross functional team for assigned PMS (Product Management System).
Review delivery commitment for the week /month for identified delivery versus actual and OTD versus contract date.
High customer interaction, produce regular reports on spares and services status and present internally
(management) and externally (customers).
Track open orders. Identify and proactively remedy OTD, Margin and Cash risks.
Provide weekly repairs and spare parts reports – OTD, spend, Work-in-progress, performances etc
Transactional work activities include operations support, contract/risk analysis, profitability analysis, delivery and
invoicing confirmation, scope verification.
Ensure customer expectations are met and deliver customer satisfaction
Ensure shop planning documents are provided to customers where required
Manage an effective document control system ensuring material relating to the customer is properly registered,
circulated, controlled and easily accessible to the OTR team.
Participate where appropriate in commercial risk reviews (R0/R1/R2/RRC
Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing
standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System related to facility operation.
Aware of and comply with the GE Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality
Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED).
At least 2 years of Fulfilment and Operations exposure in an Oil and gas company.
At least 4 years post degree work experience in a formal work environment.
