Job Requirements
• Degree in Human Resources Management, Social sciences, Humanities & Organisational Development. Advanced degrees and professional qualifications are optional but may accord advantage
• Minimum of 10 years experience with progressive responsibilities 5 of which should be in the management of Human Resources functions and organisational development/ training
• Excellent relationship management, communication and interpersonal relations.
