The Head Customer Care and Relationship is responsible for the planning, successful execution and follow up for a diverse range of customer retention campaigns to ensure that the needs of customers are constantly satisfied. He is responsible for developing an excellent customer service program and promoting the idea throughout the organization.
Job Requirements
• Degree in Customer Relations Management, Marketing, Humanities & Social Sciences. Advanced degrees and professional qualifications are optional but may accord advantage
• Minimum of 10 years post qualification experience, at least 5 of which should be at management level in Customer Relations function
• Strong management, negotiation, communication and interpersonal relations skills.
