Description:
The purpose of this position is to identify five candidates for our sales manager positions after a 2 month training period. The first 2 paid months are to evaluate your suitability for this position.
The Sales Associate is responsible for generating, qualifying and closing sales opportunities for VTN using SMS, email, phone calls, social media and any other methods to reach out to existing or new prospects.
Key responsibilities: Revenue generation for VTN.
Plan, prioritize and conduct outbound and accept inbound calls.
Educate and assist customers in the decision making process when considering signing up for a VTN merchant account.
Actively turn potential customers into paying customers.
Respond and follow-up on all inbound email inquiries.
Communicate the VTN value clearly to our subscribers.
Job Requirements :
Good understanding of real-time payment solutions.
Good grasp of electronic commerce applications in online payment space.
Minimum 12 months sales experience online or offline.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good command of English.
Manage sales pipeline, leads and activity reports.
Ability to provide constructive feedback.
Ability to adapt in a fast paced environment and willingness to learn new things.
Good working knowledge of word processing, excel spreadsheets and email.
Passion for mobile payment and ecommerce.
Energetic and drive for success.
