The Operations research analyst identifies performance indicators and develops quality assurance strategies for the company. He/she will formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions.
Collect and analyze data and develop decision support software, service, or products. Facilitating an in-depth understanding of the organization’s operations.
Job Requirements
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or Economics. Advanced degrees and professional qualifications are optional but may accord advantage
• Minimum of 4 years post qualification experience, at least 3 of which should be at a similar role
• Strong analytical, management, negotiation, communication and interpersonal relations skills
• Good knowledge of relevant Microsoft office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and other Data Analyzing or modeling software.
