Job Description
– Implement the company’s Compensation & Benefits policy
– Develop, update and implement Job Evaluation/Re-evaluation
– Participate in the design of organisational structure.
– Manage the company’s HR Information and Reporting Systems
– Manage HR Processes/Projects and reports into the Global framework of the parent company.
– Support HR Administration and payroll input processes
– Support the continuous implementation of HR Key Control Framework (KCF).
Reports To Head, Compensation and Benefits
Job Requirements
The ideal candidates should not be older than thirty five (35) years and should possess the following:
* Above average analytical skills
* 5-7 years HR experience from Multinational Work environment of which at least 3years in Specialist Reward Function
* Power User of the Hay Job Analysis & Job Evaluation Methodology
* Familiarity with modern techniques of remuneration survey e.g Mercer-GRS, Hay Pay Net etc
* Membership of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria is MANDATORY (minimum level of ASSOCIATE)
General Requirements
* Bachelor Degree obtained in field relevant to the position with minimum of Second Class Upper Division. OR
* Bachelor Degree with Second Class Lower Division plus Master Degree in relevant field
* NYSC Discharge Certificate
* IT Literacy – MS Office Application (Power User of Excel)
* Geographical Mobility within and outside Nigeria
