Freightliner Logistics Services Limited is recruiting to fill the following position:

Job Title: Admin Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and office support for all member staff. She or He will work under the direct supervision of the General Manager.
To manage, assist maintain, monitor the managers itinerary and appointment typing
Letters/filling, receiving mails and calls, coordinate correspondences.
Orderliness of incoming and outgoing activities etc.

Requirements

University degree, recognized equivalent, HND or OND
Familiarity with administrative and secretarial skills is an advantage.
Experience with large complex organization preferred.
Familiarity with international freight forwarder business is an advantage
Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point, internet surfing and other email systems
Open to change and flexible enough to accept new ideas
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
