Job role
The successful candidate reports to the Regional Commercial Manager and will be responsible for the following:
Responsible for the perfect execution of the commercial activities of his/her sales team.
Ensure coaching and the professional development of his/her sales team.
Ensure understanding and execution of the commercial rules and guidelines of his/her team.
Develop the channel, customer and consumer expertise of his/her team.
Drive the increase of numeric distribution and price compliance within his/her Sales Area.
Ensure perfect execution of commercial assets.
Manages administration of Senior Sales Officers activities for his/her team.

Required candidate profile
Should not be older than 40 years as at January 1, 2013.
Must be able to work with computer systems (Microsoft Office suite).
Should have a minimum of two (2) years sales experience at managerial level in a FMCG industry.
Education level
Have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Honours Lower Division or Higher National Diploma with Upper Credit in any of the following areas: Marketing, Business Administration and related discipline.
Should provide evidence of participation in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme or exemption.
