Description
Contracts Manager
Manage and administer company contracts including overseeing proposal preparation and contract negotiation
Review incoming contracts from customers and vendors, and coordinate with company stakeholders to produce redline responses
Lead or support negotiations of pending contracts with customers and vendors
Experience managing contracts within the Oil and Gas industry
Advise management of contractual rights and obligations and provide interpretation of terms and condition
Coordinate with Managers and outside counsel as necessary to ensure the legal sufficiency of contracts
Assist with routine confidentiality agreements, joint development agreements, and licensing agreements
Track contract compliance, and update and renew contracts as required by company
Knowledge of drilling equipment and uses and knowledge of drilling practices and procedures
5 to 20 years related experience and/or training
Experience with additional training in contract law a plus
Paralegal + advanced commercial contracts manager certification (CCCM) a plus
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in engineering
