About Your Job:In this front line role you will supervise, motivate and lead a team of ticket sales agents with the aim of achieving optimal passenger satisfaction and delivering customer service excellence. You will portray the Qatar Airways image to the highest standard ensuring that our customers receive total quality service, whilst achieving team sales targets and promoting the Qatar Airways network and products.
About You:To be successful in this role you will need a relevant degree and a recognised IATA, or Airline Advanced Tariff and pricing course. You should have a minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory role within the travel trade industry. Operational knowledge of all aspects of fares, ticketing, airline and passenger procedures including use of Amadeus or equivalent GDS is a must. Written and spoken English skills are essential. Arabic speakers desirable.
