Following recent reforms in the banking industry initiated by the Central Bank of Nigeria, GTBank recently divested from INVESTMENT ONE Financial Services Limited (formerly GTB Asset Management Limited) and its shareholding was acquired by the management and staff through a management buyout.
The new entity, INVESTMENT ONE FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED is committed to retaining the values, policies and principles it had in place since its inception as a subsidiary of the Bank. Regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), we provide Fund Management, Trusteeship, Securities Brokerage, and Financial Advisory services to individual and corporate Customers.
