Function
Job Summary
Provide support on all operational TXM equipment and facilitate PAT of new integrated BSS and TXM/ ADM network elements

Facilitate 99.5% network access availability

Principal Functions
Operate and maintain access, transmission and power elements to achieve network availability

Assist the Manager-Access Support in the implementation of an effective framework for the operation and maintenance of the BSS

Supervise change request implementation and faults escalation and resolution and ensure TTs are accurately closed within MTTR by NOC

Participate in acceptance of new BSS site, MW, ADMs and power plants according to scope and BoQ

Ensure execution of routine and corrective maintenance as scheduled for all active and passive elements on site

Ensure effective supervision of vendor/ sub-contractor performance and other related activities (telecommunications equipment and monitoring)

Ensure effective diesel delivery and consumption within assigned cluster

Facilitate resolution of community-related issues

Generate incidence report for network outages � weekly and monthly reports of cluster performance

Educational Requirements
First degree or equivalent in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and/ or any other relevant discipline
Experience,Skills & Competencies
At least two (2) years� directly relevant post-NYSC work experience in:

GSM access/ transmission

Vsat

Multiplexers

SDH MW links

Power systems

Ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate:

Excellent problem solving skills

Good time management skills

Excellent proficiency in MS Office, MS Projects and AutoCAD

Good reporting and communication skills
