Project Officer at Community Aid International-Kenya
Community Aid International (CAI) is a Nairobi-based nongovernmental organization with programming activities on good leadership for good governance, among other social change and human development interventions, in several counties.
Summary of Responsibility:
The holder of this position, reporting to and working closely with the Programme Coordinator, will provide leadership in the implementation of a project that carries out civic education and supports local initiatives in social vetting and social audit of leaders.
Qualifications:
■The candidate must be 30 – 45 years old with a degree in social sciences;
■at least three years of relevant experience;
a team player with leadership skills;
■excellent communication and social skills;
■track record in programme management and resource mobilization;
■and, passionate about the project’s theme. He/she should be available immediately.
