Career Requirements

Recruitment Requirements and Procedures

Prospective candidates who wish to seek employment in the Bank must fulfill the following criteria:

bullet Must have successfully completed their first degree in a reputable higher institution within or outside Nigeria
bullet Must have completed their NYSC programmes or have exemption certificates
bullet Must be a Nigerian or have the necessary work permits, if not a Nigerian citizen.

 

To become a member of the Zenith Family, a potential employee will have to go through the following procedure:
bullet Submit their resumes online
bullet Must have completed their NYSC programmes or have exemption certificates
bullet Attend two or more interviews
Please note that ONLY those who were successful at all levels of our recruitment process will qualify for employment, provided there are suitable openings.

Does your bank accept students from polytechnics for industrial training in the field of business Administration? If yes, when is one expected to apply & what are the requirement?

I have about 7 years experince in banking, i completed my degree course on part time basis and hence do not have a NYS certificate. Am a Ghanaian leaving in Ghana, can i apply too? Thank you.

It is the strongest,stable, focused and one of the most reliable financial institution I can start my career with.I have a Bachelor of Science(B.Sc.)Degree in Insurance and just completed my NYSC barely three(3) weeks now.God bless Zenith Bank Plc.
