PURPOSE
The Graduate Recruiter will have a strong track record with success in recruiting and administrating recruitment campaigns at the collegiate level. You will have strong relationship building skills focused at maintaining mutually-beneficial partnerships with internal customers at all levels and external stakeholders at targeted schools as well as serve as a liaison between the University and University Recruitment team. You will possess a good understanding of the market at targeted universities and assesses key competitors to identify best practices.
The Graduate Recruiter will have demonstrated the ability to create a positive candidate experience through the recruitment life cycle and will serves as the human resource representative managing and leading recruitment activities including career fairs, programs, student organization meetings, workshops, trainings, site visits, internship program, and other recruitment events throughout the year.
You will act as an advisor to assist with the development and execution of graduate and intern forecasting and workforce planning. You will possess a strong customer service orientation, positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The position is located in Houston and reports to the Sr Manager, Resourcing and Development. This position will have up to 40 % travel with significant travel required during recruitment season (August – November).
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
§ Serve as the main contact for BHPB when on-campus ensuring that a clear, consistent message is communicated regarding opportunities, compensation packages, processes, tools, and services.
§ Execute 5 year strategic plan initiatives. Plan and execute annual campus recruitment plan that support 5 year strategic initiatives including employer branding and candidate pipeline development.
§ Coordinate all on-campus and off-campus activities. Participate in campus activities. Support and communicate solutions to increase brand awareness.
§ Build constructive relationships with university recruitment teams while coaching and preparing the teams for fall university recruitment campaign and communicating annual campus recruitment plans.
§ Collaborate with University Recruitment team, Hiring Managers, and Intern Supervisors on summer internship program to plan and administer program.

§ Demonstrated ability to work with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and communicate strategy, ideas, concepts, and plans effectively to these stakeholders.
§ Proven ability to deliver effective trainings on resourcing techniques and best practices to internal stakeholders at various levels.
§ Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of US recruitment laws and regulations.
§ Ability to successfully network with customers both internally and externally to accurately communicate the BHPB experience.
§ Must be willing and able to travel 40 % with significant travel during recruitment season (August – November).
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
§ Bachelor’s degree required.
§ Minimum 2 years of university recruiting experience with demonstrated history of developing highly successful innovative approaches to college recruiting.
§ Expert user of career service management systems and talent management software.
