Pfizer Recruits for Product Manager-Egypt
The Product Manager role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities including; sales, profitability, marketing, product training and ensuring regulatory compliance.
S/he is responsible for managing a product or more in terms of developing and implementing general strategy, in addition to publications, conventions, budgeting and general positioning of the product. The Product Manager has to follow-up closely the implementation of his/her plans and/or tactics and continuously monitoring his/her products’ results versus the company objectives. He has to study in-depth and continuously his/her market (Physicians and Patients) needs and clearly define all the growth drivers and opportunities in this market related to his/her product.
Responsibilities
Drive marketing strategies and programs related to his/her product line, consistent with overall business objectives utilizing traditional and innovative marketing approaches, tools and methodologies.
Develop strategies and tactics to achieve successful market entry of his product line into key strategic product areas with the objective of maximizing market penetration and profitability for Pfizer.
Manage all marketing aspects of product line development including the formulation of business plans, management of product development activities, and the execution of new product introductions.
Respond to customer needs through marketing leading activities.
Work with cross-functional teams to create the total solution required to drive product sales.
Partner with other Product Managers to develop and execute marketing programs to achieve synergy stated revenue, profitability and market share objectives.
Analyze and monitor financial and demographic factors in order to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activities
Collaborate with field sales management, KOLs and patients to validate, deliver and evaluate marketing strategies and programs.
Plan and execute product launches including pre-launch activities and post launch follow-up and support.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess the following qualifications in order to go through initial screening:
Medicine, pharmaceutical or Science degree.
Marketing studies is a plus (Marketing Certificate, Diploma or MBA).
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical field.
Average performance rating of Consistently Meeting objective over the last 3 years with last year performance rating not less than consistently met.
Very good command of English language and computer skills.
Active, organized, planner and able to work within teams.
High communication skills.
Able to express himself/ herself and talented in training others.
Creative and can think outside the box.

Closing Statement
Process:
Candidates who meet the above criteria will go through English, and numerical tests. Tests will be weighted as follows: English 60%, and numerical test 40%. The average score of all candidates will define the passing score of combined tests.
Short listed candidates will go through assessment center including marketing case study, competency assessment and personality test.
Final list will go through panel interview.
