Role Summary: |
|
We are looking for a versatile, hands-on Online Marketing Manager to manage all of our marketing, promotional, advertising and press activities. We are looking for an individual who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. They should have a creative mind as well as hands on execution skills and strategic thinking to grow the business and to meet our objectives. Ideally, the candidate should have experience in the travel and/or telecommunications space. |

Key Tasks / Responsibilities: |
|
- Responsible for the marketing of company products and services to the right market whether B2C or B2B.
- Analysis and improvement of SEO results.
- Able to achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media, such as print, online, etc.
- Manage relationships with a variety of media including tech, business, local and across all other media types including print, blogs and online.
- Manage and attend company media related events, shows, community events, etc to demonstrate and promote our products.
- Develop and implement consumer promotional campaigns.
- Drafting and editing press releases and feature articles to a high standard with company messaging and editorial guidelines.
- Run and sustain effective affiliate advertising campaigns.
- Produce innovative and cost-effective promotions both in print and online.
- Gather customer feedback and use it to contribute to product development.
- Monitor coverage of the product in the media.
- To maintain, build and update mailing database on advertising/ marketing activities to customers.
- Analyze consumer trends, categories and information to help identify product categories to enter as future sources of growth.

Candidate Requirements: |
|
- The ideal candidate will be proactive having great enthusiasm and self-motivation. The candidate will be intuitive and creative. They should possess strong organisational skills and be confident and out-going with the ability to communicate ideas effectively both verbally and in print.
- Relevant commercial experience ideally in a B2C and B2B environment in the online and print environment.
- Be able to demonstrate technical marketing skills and communicate effectively company and product knowledge.
- The ideal applicant will have previous experience of working in a similar Marketing Business Development role, preferably in the travel sector
- Educated to degree level, ideally with a marketing qualification.
- The ideal candidate will also have international experience, and be proficient in English and possibly other EU languages.
