Dear Sir,
I am exploring the opportunity with GE Nigeria or any other African Country as an Environmental Safeguards Consultant. I have over 30 yrs of experience in this field. I worked for Shell Nigeria and Shell International for almost 23 years as their Environmental expert and rose to the position of Environmental Co-ordinator for Shell Nigeria. I am currently the Senior Safeguards Consultant for Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC) under the World Bank funded Public Private Partnership(PPP) Infrastructure Program.I haave deep experience in various Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) issues. I have designed, conducted, supervised several consultancy firms on Environmental Impact Assessment(EIA)projects, Social Impact Assessment(SIA), Environmental Audits, Strategic Environmental Assessment(SIA)of Transport and other Infrastructures, HSE Awareness Training, Capacity Building/Training, very well versed in Public Consultaion, Stakeholder Consultations and many other HSE issues.
Now that GE has signed an MOU with the Nigerian government to build 10,000 megawatts around the country, i figured GE will need an in-depth experienced Environmental/HSE Consultant to assist her on this issues especially during the conduct of EIAs and SIAs across the country or at your chosen locations. I have worked in all the terrain of Niger Delta, SW, MiddleBelt, Abuja and some parts of the deep North.
I hereby offer my services for your kind consideration.
