Brief Description
To provide a safe, secure, efficient and customer focused passenger services in compliance with regulatory requirements, Company’s policies and Customer airlines procedures.
Detailed Description
· Toensure efficient & effective passenger service in compliance with carrierspolicies/procedures and customer airlines approved SLA.
· To ensurecompliance with safety & security standards in our operations to complywith relevant statutory and industry requirements.
· Toprotect and enhance revenue collection to meet Company and Customer airlinestargets.
· Toeffectively communicate relevant aspects of service delivery internally andexternally to meet customer expectations.
· Ensureand maintain a healthy, safe and secure working environment in compliance withcompany procedures, regulatory authorities and requirements of customerairlines.
Job Requirements
Knowledge,Skills, Experience
· ‘O’level grade.
· Experiencedelivering service in demanding consumer environment.
· Fluencyin appropriate foreign languages an added advantage.
