Zain Nigeria, one of the leading telecom operators in the country recruits for Regional Sales Manager
Main Purpose:
•To manage the Sales and distribution of products and services in the region
•Ensure the overall delivery of the Regional Revenue and Activation Targets.
•Achieve a sustainable retail footprint (75%) within the region to ensure effective product distribution and availability
•Increase Zain Market Share in the region
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
•Formulate inputs to the development of sales strategies, plans and programs.
•Ensure Continuous Achievement of
- Retail Partner targets
- Overall regional targets
•Identify and deliver high ARPU Potentials in the Region (State Governments, Legislatures, Blue Chip Companies)
•Implement the sales programs in the region to ensure that national sales targets are met.
•Participate and contribute to the development of new products and services.
•Maintain mutual performance enhancing relationships with Retail Partners /POS.
•Provide leadership to team members and Retail Partners
•Deliver an environment that supports people development and rewards innovation.
•Sales activity to cover a span of 6 states
Must be willing to work in any region.
Competencies & Qualifications:
•Sales experience in Telecommunication or FCMG
