Transformation Model that necessitates injection of new ideas and bright heads from the Fields of Insurance, Finance, Marketing and Risk Management into her Corporate structure. The model also meets the company’s revenue, fiscal and job creation targets under the NAICOM’s MDRI Initiatives, the FSS 2020 goal of 15th largest Insurance Market in the world by 2020 and Vision 20, 2020 goal of making Nigeria one of the 20 largest economies in the world by 2020.
Principal Manager Research & Corporate Planning
a)1st Degree In Accounting, Statistics or the Social Sciences.
b) Professional qualification in Accounting or Insurance
c) Post – graduate degree in Business or Finance
d) Min. of 15 yrs experience in Policy crafting, Data mining & Insurance
Responsibility
- Implementing the critical success factors to achieve the corporate goals, mission and vision
- Identifying harmony, gaps and conflicts towards aligning stakeholders interests
- Developing and reviewing corporate products, processes and procedures
- Providing the appropriate reports and operating ratios with actionable solutions
- Directing the growth objectives of the company
