1. BRANCH ACCOUNTANT
QUALIFICATIONS

• SHOULD BE A MATURE SELF DRIVEN ACCOUNTANT WHO IS COMPUTER LITERATE.
• SHOULD POSSESS B.SC. OR HND IN ACCOUNTING FROM A RECOGNIZED INSTITUTION WITH A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IN A MULTINATIONAL COMPANY,

2. ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

QUALIFICATIONS
• SHOULD BE AN ELECTRICAL ENGINEER WITH EXCELLENT WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONICS WITH PRACTICAL SKILLS TO MATCH AND MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WITH MINIMUM SUPERVISION AND HAVE THE CAPACITY TO TRAIN OTHERS ON THE JOB WHICH INVOLVES;
-OPERATION OF INDUSTRIAL GENERATING SETS – MUST BE CONVERSANT WITH CAT & CUMMINGS DIESEL ENGINES, PREFERABLY GAS ENGINES.
-OPERATION & MAINTENANCE OF LT/HT SWITCH GEARS & TRANSFORMERS,
- MONITOR OPERATION OF GENERATORS/SYNCHRONIZATION
- MUST BE ABLE TO TROUBLE SHOOT AS WELL WORK AS SUB-STATION OPERATOR
- MUST HAVE AN IN-DEPTH KNOWLEDGE OF MACHINE CONTROLS.
• CANDIDATE MUST HAVE A B.SC OR HND IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING (POST GRADUATE QUALIFICATIONS WILL PROVIDE AN ADDED ADVANTAGE) WITH A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE PREFERABLY IN A MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT AS ELECTRICAL ENGINEER WITH TROUBLE SHOOTING IN POWER PLANTS & 11 KVA DISTRIBUTION

3. PRODUCTION MANAGER
QUALIFICATIONS
• MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF B.SC/HND IN FOOD TECHNOLOGY/ FOOD PROCESS ENGINEERING.
• RELEVANT PG QUALIFICATIONS WILL BE ON ADVANTAGE.
• MINIMUM OF 5YRS WORKING EXPERIENCE IN PRODUCTION PLANNING & MANAGEMENT IN A MANUFACTURING COMPANY.
• MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH GMP WITH THE CAPACITY TO TRAIN OTHERS ON HOW BEST TO RUN, ATTAIN & MAINTAIN EFFICIENT PRODUCTION PROCESS.
• MUST BE COMPUTER LITERATE & HAVE PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN PRODUCTION OF DRY FOODS, BAKED FOODS & VARIETIES OF FRUIT, MEAT AND VEGETABLE BASED PROCESSED FOODS WITH LONG SHELF LIFE.

4. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS
• MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF B.SC/HND IN FOOD PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT OR FOOD PROCESS ENGINEERING.
• RELEVANT PG QUALIFICATIONS WILL BE ON ADVANTAGE.
• MINIMUM OF 5 YRS WORKING EXPERIENCE WITH ESTABLISHED PROCESS TECHNIQUES TO DEVELOP FOOD PRODUCTS, CANDIDATE MUST – BE ABLE TO CARRY OUT FOOD PRODUCTS BIO-CHEMICAL AND MICROBIOLOGICAL TESTS/ANALYSIS.
• HAVE INITIATED NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT FROM IDEAS TO MARKET BEFORE.
• SENSITIVE TO CONSUMER DEMANDS TO ENSURE PRODUCTS REMAIN RELEVANT
• EXPERIENCE IN SPECIFYING ACHIEVABLE YIELDS UNDER OPTIMUM CONDITIONS USING DEVELOPED PROCESS WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE.
